Delivery is R60 in Gauteng (usually 3–5 business days) and R90 to all other provinces (usually 5–8 business days). Orders of R650 or more get free delivery. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. For pets' health and safety, grooming tools must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back. See Delivery & Returns for the full details.

No. Our range focuses on toys, beds, walking accessories, grooming tools and other reusable pet essentials. We do not sell pet food, treats, supplements or other consumables.

Choose toys that suit your pet's size and play style. Strong chewers need tougher toys, and smaller toys can be a choking risk for larger pets. Check toys regularly and replace them once they're damaged. Supervise play with new toys until you know how your pet uses them.
